PARTICIPANTS: max. 8 people
WHAT WE DO: In this workshop I will share the basic creative techniques of hand building with clay. These include slab, coil, and pinch technique. After a short introduction you will make 2-3 small objects or sculptures. The objects are then fired and glazed by me with the glaze of your choice. Finished pieces can be picked up after approximately 2-4 weeks. No prior knowledge is required. Courses are usually conducted in German though English can be accommodated.
INFO: I have aprons for you, please wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.

PARTICIPANTS: If you’re a group of friends or colleagues who want to celebrate an occasion or get together just because it’s fun to work with clay contact me to set up a private workshop at a date and time of your choice.

Studio Membership
LOCATION: Oberländerstr. 24a, 81371 München
INFO: Contact me if you’re interested in a studio membership with access to the entire clay studio including pottery wheel, slab roller, large sturdy wedging table and space to store your work. Membership is for those who are confident working with clay and would like to work independently.
Firing services
let me fire your ceramics
INFO: I also offer a firing service for the ceramic pieces you make at home. Firing temperatures are 950°C for bisque firing and 1230°C for glaze firing. Please consult with me before hand to make sure the type of clay and glazes you use corresponds to my firing temperatures.
PRICE: Bisque Firing (950°C) 10€ per kg, Glaze Firing (1230°C) 15€ per kg
